Store Manager

At Meg, our sales associates/stylists are the core of our brand, emitting our culture of women's empowerment, fashion, and creativity while executing the highest levels of customer service. The stylist’s role primarily focuses on driving sales through delivering and maintaining our luxury clientele service levels, building new client relationships, and continuing to grow overall brand awareness through these relationships. We are looking for a full-time stylist/store manager to work out of our Boerum Hill location, 5 days a week.

This position is flexible and can be a mixture of weekend days and weekdays. If this sounds like you, we would love for you to join our team!

Qualifications:

  • Luxury retail or high-end boutique experience

  • A commitment to delivering top-notch, personalized customer service

  • A love of fashion and a solid knowledge of contemporary and independent designers

  • An awareness and appreciation of the Meg brand

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Experience with retaining clients and providing personal shopping is a big plus

  • Experience working with Shopify and Instagram is strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Management of part-time stylists

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on sales goals

  • Build repeat clients by ensuring all client program tools and strategies around data capture, outreach, and follow-up are executed

  • Supervise monthly inventory management

  • Ensure customer service levels are met and exceeded

  • Ensure the store meets visual merchandising, cleanliness, and maintenance standards

Salary: $60K-70K per year plus bonus structure, depending on experience.

Stylist (Part-time)

We are looking for part-time stylists to work out of our Nolita and Boerum Hill locations, 2-3 days a week. This position is flexible and can be a mixture of weekends and weekdays. Responsibilities:

  • Daily opening and closing procedures including merchandising, sales and client reporting, and store cleanliness

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly client reachouts using CRM tools provided

  • Inventory management

  • Forming and maintaining client relationships that feel natural and authentic

  • Contributing to our Instagram through stories and in-store photos/reels
