Connect with one of our in-store stylists to put together a custom package of pieces to try on before you buy. Whether you’re unsure of your size, need to refresh your wardrobe, or have a special event to get dressed for, we will help you find the perfect pieces and give you personalized styling advice along the way.

How it works

Step 1: Tell us about you.

Fill out the form below to tell us more about what styles you are interested in, what event(s) you are shopping for, and where you currently reside so that we can start the try-on process.

Step 2: Curate your package with your stylist.

After we receive your submission, we will connect you directly with your preferred stylist. We will discuss your needs with you using your preferred contact method (phone call, text, or email) and then we will place an order for your curated try-on package at no cost to you.

Step 3: Try on!

Here’s the fun part. Once you’ve received your package, try on your pieces from the comfort of your home! Consult your stylist through video call, text, or email with any questions or concerns, and they will provide styling tips and answer any questions you may have throughout the process.

Step 4: Keep what you love, return what you don't.

You will have five days to hold onto your items. Keep what you love, and return the pieces that didn’t work out using the return label provided. Desire a sold-out style? Your stylist will make a note of your wishlist pieces and reach out to you when they are available. Shipping and returns are free.

Shipping and returns are free.

Upon form submission, we will validate your card through authorization to capture a $100 as a fully refundable deposit. The $100 can also go towards your order if you decide to keep any of your items.

Only full-price items are eligible for this service.

We will track when the package is delivered to your shipping address, which starts the five-day try-on period. 

When your items arrive, contact your stylist who can help you with styling or fit questions.

Once you have made your selection, let us know what you are keeping and what you plan to return. Then use the prepaid return label included with your order to send your package back to us. You will have until the end of the five-day period to postmark returns.
